Mr. Deepak Garg

Mr. Deepak Garg is practicing as an Advocate in National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, Honâ€™ble High Court of Delhi and District Courts of Delhi. He is Post Graduate in Law, Commerce and a fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI). He also holds a diploma in Intellectual property rights Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and Diploma in Internal Audit Operations from the ICSI. He is a registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. In past, he has over 12 years of hands on experience in Corporate Legal and Secretarial matters. He has worked with Jubilant group, Hindusthan group, Usha Martin group and B K Birla group and looked after Corporate Legal and Secretarial department. He has practical experience of handling the scheme of demerger, amalgamation, Corporate restructuring and rights issue of listed companies.
He is Co-founder and designated partner in M/s DGSK Advisors LLP, Advocates and Legal Consultants.
He has been actively associated with Managing committee of Modinagar Chapter of NIRC of ICSI over last 15 years. He has delivered lectures on soft skills, motivation in the EDP programmes conducted by the Chapter from time to time.

Ms. Preeti Gupta

Ms. Preeti Gupta, Advocate, a commerce graduate and an LL.M, is carrying vast and hands on experience of more than 18 years in handing Corporate, IBC and civil litigation.

Ms. Gupta has special expertise in mergers, demergers, amalgamations among companies, Business Laws and Insolvency & Bankruptcy law and entirely dedicated and strive to achieve full satisfaction towards assignments.

She is well versed with litigation procedures and court proceedings under various statutes, acts and provisions related to the corporate bodies including Property Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Consumer Matters, Banking matters etc., at respective courts including National Company Law Tribunals and its appellate authority, District & High Courts, Supreme Court, and the state consumer Commissions, drafting/executing various contracts and agreements
